Responsibilities: Collaborate with the studio stakeholders and game team leads to define and execute the game vision as a whole. Direct the tone, gameplay, and meta structure of the game, focusing on innovation and a thriving AA Experience. Lead the design team to ensure a cohesive experience across the game. Coordinate with level design teams to ensure synergies between mechanics and progression.
